ACRE Partner
ACRE Partner is a real estate marketing consultancy agency focused on connecting real estate marketers to coaches and consultants. We also help business owners film, edit, and copywrite social media content.
As a Copywriter and Distribution Manager, I coordinate all copywriting and distribution efforts across our clientele and manage the ACRE Partner social pages. In the span of 4 months, I have generated 60k+ impressions on the ACRE Partner page alone and developed both outreach and community management strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase client retention.







Since joining ACRE Partner, I've developed copywriting strategy and templates for each of our distribution channels based on our target audience and platform-specific content.
For our short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, I decided our captions should be short and catchy bite-sized business insights. For our podcast episodes, I created a show notes template that includes timestamps to drive listener retention and keywords in episode summaries. I also write 2-3 weekly LinkedIn posts about trending topics in the real estate and business world.
I also wrote the titles, subheadings and course descriptions for all 42 lessons offered in the ACRE Partner Sales Accelerator Course. My goal for this copywriting project was to write snappy titles with clear and concise subheadings to draw viewers in. In the course descriptions, I focused on providing digestible yet memorably summaries that had value. Since I added my copy, course takers have increased by 25% and course retention has increased by 11%.









In January 2023, ACRE Partner brought on 4 more team members. Our previous workflow using SmartSuite quickly became unsustainable and cluttered. So, our team decided to migrate to a new work management platform — Citrix Podio — and I spearheaded the workflow redesign.
The largest pain point while using SmartSuite was the lack of connectivity between our editing and copywriting teams. The teams operated on different sheets within SmartSuite and every cell needed to be manually updated as it moved between the stages of production.
On Podio, I created a four-phase system:

Within each of these stages, I added separate options and tags based on the needs of the team. I also automated cells to populate in the next phase as soon as they were complete, which made the process more efficient.
Finally, to ensure a smooth transition to Podio, I generated and presented process documentation outlining an entire cell's life cycle from ideation to distribution.
While content creation and outreach is a very important part of ACRE Partner's marketing strategy, I realized client retention is just as important for sustained growth.
As a result, I have taken on several community management projects with the goal of increasing community engagement among ACRE Partners and adding value to the services we already provide.
I developed a monthly ACRE Partners Newsletter that provides resources to our clients, summarizes articles about trends in the market, spotlights clients' companies, and encourages clients to connect with one another.
